Specializing in trauma-informed human services transportation, Just Shuttle has provided safe, reliable rides for children and families across Wisconsin and surrounding areas for the past six years. As demand for service has continued to grow, Keaira knew that she needed to expand her vehicle fleet. She connected with the Greater Milwaukee Foundation’s ThriveOn Loan Program, and purchased Just Shuttle’s very first 12-passenger Transit vehicle, immediately expanding service capacity.
From there, the loan supported critical fleet winterization and routine maintenance. A new dispatch system streamlined scheduling, reduced downtime, and significantly increased productivity and revenue. Alongside the capital, technical assistance through Legacy Redevelopment Corporation helped sharpen long-term growth strategy. With these layered investments in place, Just Shuttle moved beyond vehicle limitations and elevated the overall quality, efficiency, and professionalism of its entire operation.
